保育者養成課程において専門職としての援助観を\n育成することは、学生が保育者に必要とされる資質\nを高めるために重要である。本研究は、短期大学の\n保育者養成課程に在籍する2年間を通して行われる\n実習前後の援助規範意識を測定し、専門教育や学外\n実習が援助観の育成にどのように影響しているかを\n検討したものである。短期大学保育科に2016年度、\n2017年度、2018年度に入学した学生に対し、対象学\n生が在籍している2年間に4回の質問紙調査を実施し、\n援助規範意識を測定した。その結果、調査対象者を\n入学時の援助規範意識の特性で2群に分けることが\nできた。実習前後に援助規範意識が安定している群\nと変化する群が見出された。また、変化する群は安\n定している群に比べ、入学時の返済規範意識、自己\n犠牲規範意識、弱者救済規範意識は高く、交換規範\n意識は低いということが特徴的であった。さらに、\n変化する群は、2年間の養成課程で専門職としての\n援助規範を学び、実習を経験することで、安定して\nいる群の援助規範意識に近づく傾向が示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"西南女学院大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11156368","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1342-6354","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"笠,
