University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、グループホームの正規職員と非正規職員の業務や職場環境に関する満足度を明らかにし、職員の定着を促すための支援について検討することである。その結果、「上司や同僚のサポート」「理念への共感」「やりがい」は、正規・非正規職員ともに「満足」と感じている割合が5割以上であった。また、正規職員の72.5%、非正規職員の53.2%
