University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"スウェーデン式マッサージ、タクティールケアを触れるケアとして、\nその起源・手技・人への作用機序・ケアの対象・効果の評価と看護ケア\nでの活用可能性を検討する目的で、文献研究を行った。\n　スウェーデン式マッサージ及びタクティールケアは、触れるケアの起\n源であり、2006 年頃から認知症ケアとして日本にもたらされた。触れる\nケアは、弱い力・温かい温度・ゆっくりした速度・オイルを用いた滑ら\nかな皮膚へ刺激で特徴づけられる。触覚への刺激により、心拍数減少・\n血圧低下・体温上昇・コルチゾール値低下・痛みの軽減の直接的な作用\nをもたらし、不安・うつ状態・睡眠の改善や、ケア提供者との関係性に\n肯定的な結果が示された。ケアの対象は、新生児から高齢者のあらゆる\n年齢で、認知症・がん・腰背部痛・更年期障害など、多様な疾病・病態\nに対して、その効果が実証された。\n　触れるケアは、刺激の知覚を介して効果をもたらすことから、効果の\n測定には、科学的かつ簡便に測定できる主観的、特異的なツールの開発\nが望まれる。看護教育における看護実践能力では、安楽を確保する技術\nとしてマッサージやタッチの修得が求められており、その技術の標準\n化・教育訓練方法の整備が必要である。触れるケア活用のためには、\n補完代替療法（CAM）提供モデルの活用や、専門機関によるケア技術の\n認証や、質の保証、効果が検証されることが期待される。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"西南女学院大学","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11156368","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1342-6354","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"溝部,
